Co-located Events: 24th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT) 20th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE) 11th Conference and Exhibition of the European Association of Virtual and Augmented Reality 2014 (EuroVR)

8 - 10. December, University of Bremen, Germany

This year, ICAT-EGVE and EuroVR conferences are co-located with each other. While EuroVR focuses more on industrial and applied research, ICAT-EGVE is its complement in focusing on fundamental research. We encourage attendees interested in both industrial applications, applied research, and the most recent fundamental results to register to both conferences, via the EuroVR + ICAT-EGVE option.

Registration details


  • Early bird registration rates will be possible until October 31.
  • Each participant needs to buy only one ticket.
  • If you are a member of either Eurographics, EuroVR Association, VRSJ (Japanese VR Society), or ACM Siggraph, then you can buy the "member" option of the conference registration.

Registration for the conference includes


  • admission to all scientific sessions of the conference(s),
  • demos and poster sessions
  • a conference bag,
  • snacks during coffee breaks
  • the conference dinner on Tuesday, December 9th
  • exhibition of technology providers

Student status


Please send a scanned copy of your proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, letter of your professor, etc.) to epayment-support (at) eg.org In addition, please bring this proof with you to the registration desk at the conference.

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations


If you have registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference chair. Please provide the name of the registrant cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.

Cancellation Fees:


  • Through Monday, October 31th: 80% refund
  • Before Sunday, November 30th: 50%
  • After Sunday, November 30th: no refund granted
