Submission

Full papers must be in English and not exceed eight (8) pages in length. Short papers must be in English and not exceed four (4) pages in length. Both full and short papers should be formatted using the Eurographics format.

ICTA-EGVE uses a double-blind review process. Therefore, submissions should not contain information (including citations and optional videos) that unnecessarily identifies the authors or their institutions or places of work. All papers must be submitted electronically as PDF. Authors are encouraged to submit videos to aid the program committee in the review of their submissions.

All accepted Papers will be published in the Digital Library of the Eurographics. We’re also in the process of obtaining the rights to publish all papers in the ACM Digital Library.

The submission tool can be found on https://srmv2.eg.org/COMFy/Conference/ICAT-EGVE_2014.

We encourage you to write your paper using LaTeX, for which you can find a template here.
If you cannot use LaTeX, but rather your own favorite text processing tool, such as Word, please try to come close to the format described in the template. It contains a PDF file that outlines the important formatting guidelines. Your submitted paper should be a PDF file (please make sure that all fonts are embedded).

The Call For Paper in PDF format is available here.

Problems with Fonts while Uploading to the SRM

During upload of your paper to the SRM system, it sometimes displays an error saying something about missing font types. In that case, please check your PDF Printer/Creator settings and force it to always embed/include all fonts; even all the standard system fonts. You can check whether all fonts have been embedded using Adobe Reader under File / Properties / Fonts: all font names should end with "(Embedded)" or "(Embedded Subset)".
